Episode 80 - VR Games, Activision Drama, and Leaky Ceilings

With night setting in, our heroes keep an eye on the forest's tree line. They saw nothing for a time, but finally they spot a small light. At first it seemed as though it were simply a firefly, but eventually they realized it was a small torch. Slowly, a few more popped up all along the forest's edge. Quietly, the heroes began moving around the village to wake the residents to warn them to begin preparing for an attack.

While keeping their lights out, the villagers began gathering what weapons they had. Whether it was pitchforks or woodcutting axes, they armed themselves and sat ready for an assault on the village. Meanwhile, our heroes crouched down behind the outlying fence and peered out towards the forest. They saw the lights had been hastily hidden behind some trees, and then eventually put out. As they readied themselves for battle, our heroes thought to themselves. They thought of some of the new VR games they had played, the recent legal drama surrounding Activision due to their sexual mistreatment of their female employees, and leaky ceilings in their apartments.
